• Develop and implement account strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives within agreed budget level.

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key accounts stakeholders and continuously propose solutions/ initiatives to meet internal and customers objectives.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships and growth.

• Design strategic initiatives to do channel segmentations to grow key accounts sales. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

• Provide Pre- and Post-evaluation / reports for promotions and new initiatives within assigned accounts.

• Provide accurate data and market information for sales forecasting.

• Co-operate the field team to ensure successful implementation of instore execution.

• Responsible for accounts' trade spending and investment management, maximizing ROI.
