Assistant:

  • Manage HR Head’s schedule in a proper way

  • Manage HR Head’s travelling

  • Manage HR Head’s reimbursement

Communication:

  • Translate the key messages to Chinese and send it to China employees.

HR Operation:

  • Be responsible for on/off – boarding process management for assigned scope

  • Daily operation support included but not limited as monthly attendance check & consolidation for assigned scope

  • Monthly leave/OT management for assigned scope

  • Timely probation management for assigned scope

  • Shanghai Residence Points & registered residence hukou management per actual needs for assigned scope

  • Annual special working time filing for assigned scope

Announcement management:

  • Draft and announce HR related announcement for new joins, new promotions and etc.

  • Translate and release corporate’s announcements

  • Other HR related announcement assigned

Other tasks assigned by superior.
